Complaints of non delivery must be made within 7 days of the dispatch notification email. Otherwise we may not be aware that you have not received you items. To safeguard hygiene standards of our food grade products we are unable to offer a refund on unwanted goods as we would be unable to return such items to stock. This does not affect your statutory rights. PRICES AND ORDERING * By clicking the 'Proceed' button below you agree to these terms and conditions. * By completing and submitting the electronic order form you are making an offer to purchase goods that, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. A binding contract will only result when we have notified you that your goods have been dispatched. * In the event Icing Works declines your order we shall provide you with a full refund. * All products are subject to availability. In the case of item/s being unavailable Icing Works will contact you to offer alternative products or provide you with a full refund. * All discounts are automated through the site and supersede any previous discount schemes/offers. * Once an order has been dispatched we cannot change the delivery address from that originally stated on the order. * All transactions will be carried out in Sterling. * The laws of the United Kingdom govern all purchases via this website.
